1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zeaks Trade ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Zeaks Trade is a market tracking and information application that provides:

• Real-time style market dashboards and top movers
• Candlestick chart views with price highlights
• Upcoming events hub with impact and sentiment information
• Favorites and customizable watchlists for crypto and equities

Important: Zeaks Trade is an informational, simulation-only experience. The App does not facilitate or execute any trading transactions. All market data is for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the App

5. Market Data and Information

Zeaks Trade provides market data and information for informational purposes only. We do not:

• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data
• Provide investment advice or recommendations
• Endorse or recommend any particular trading strategy
• Assume responsibility for any trading decisions made based on information from the App

All market data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You acknowledge that market data may be delayed and may not reflect real-time market conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by Zeaks Trade and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the App
• Use the App's name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of information

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeaks Trade and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar items that may be transmitted through the App

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zeaks Trade and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zeaks Trade operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
